This is a true "Plug & Play" harness
that adds running light function to your optional Hondaline®
or aftermarket trunk spoiler.
Assembled in the
USA using US made wire and components where available.
The
running light connection is done so that the spoiler will only operate when the other
running lights are on. There are 2 other companies that
offer similar products, but have what we consider to be design issues;
VP- the
unit requires splicing for the running light function. The finished
installation will leave the running light on the spoiler on when the key is in
the ACC position.
Show
Chrome- the unit uses a single diode. Should you have a short in your
running lights which pops the fuse, the design of their harness will also cause
the brake lights to stop operating as well.
IMPORTANT: this
new version has an adjustable potentiometer in the harness that addresses the
issues of some 2005/2006 bikes where 1/2 the spoiler is bright and the other
half dim. We solved the problem!

modulator (model 200GW), our harness will make the LED spoiler light a running light and
modulated brake light without having to buy any additional components.
