We understand that not every sale we make is
not going to fit the customer perfectly. To that end, we will work with
you to assist in finding the right item or getting you a refund (less shipping
charges).
Due to the nature of electronics, all returns will be bench tested.
Restocking fees are as follows:
Within 30 days - no restocking charge (see below).
31-90 days - 20% restocking charge
90+ days - absolutely no returns accepted
Returns will only be accepted
under the following conditions;
1. Must be complete.
Additional adjustments will be made for incomplete returns.
2. Must be in a "sellable"
condition - not damaged, cut, modified, etc. Additional adjustments will
be made for damaged, cut, modified, etc. returns.
3. Special orders cannot be returned - a special order would be anything
in our catalog that is modified in any way when ordered.
4. Items must be returned freight prepaid, insured, properly packed and we
recommend tracking for your protection. We cannot be responsible for lost
or damaged shipments.
Our no restocking fee must also meet these conditions:
1. Must be returned
within 30 days from the date on the invoice.
2. Item must be new, unused and uninstalled.
For products purchased thru our dealer network, the product must be returned
directly to the purchasing dealer and must meet the above criteria.
